Born and raised in Olympia, WA, my travels and studies have brought me full circle back to the PNW to build a family and a practice on this sweet, dense land that I’m grateful to call home. I live happily with my husband and two children. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in holistic health from The Evergreen State College, as well as a completion of the massage therapy program at The Berkana Institute in Longmont, Colorado.
My approach to bodywork is artful, mindful, and intuitively driven. I believe deeply in massage as preventative healthcare, and our bodies’ innate ability to heal. I specialize in integrative massage and believe that each session and each body should be treated uniquely. I pull from various modalities and tailor each massage to the needs of the client in that moment.
I have a special place in my heart and my practice for new and expecting mothers. I offer prenatal massage as well as gentle, restorative postpartum massage in the tender early stages of new motherhood.
All bodies are welcome in my space.
